NTC’s principal, Arthur Nacht, has over thirty years of experience making
financial statement forecasts and analyses for strategic purposes. He has been
creating computer-based financial models since 1980. Arthur completed a successful
career as a corporate financial executive of a biotechnology instrument company,
Packard Bioscience Company, in 2001. For fourteen years, he was Director of
Financial Planning at Packard as it grew to a $285 million revenue business.
During that time, he built computer-based financial statement forecasting models
and prepared analyses that were used by the chief executive officer for the
company’s strategic and operational initiatives. Arthur also analyzed
and reported on Packard’s worldwide corporate financial performance versus
plan and designed computer-based systems for that purpose. For ten years, Arthur
was the principal of Corporate Financial Planning, Inc., a management consulting
firm specializing in computer-based financial modeling for corporate clients.
Arthur holds three degrees: a BS in finance with honors from Syracuse University (1969), an MBA in finance from Harvard Business School (1971), and an MFA in theatre management from Yale School of Drama (2006). The latter degree was completed as the foundation for his second career. After three years of rigorous training in theatre management at an outstanding drama school, Arthur now seeks to make a contribution to the American nonprofit theatre.
