NTC'S MISSION
The mission of NTC has three components: purpose, core beliefs, and vision.
NTC’s purpose is to help make nonprofit theatres more prosperous.
NTC’s core beliefs are: first, live theatre is a great art form, perhaps the greatest; second, strategy matters; third, computer-based financial planning and analysis are powerful tools that aid the evaluation of strategy and improve executive decision-making; and fourth, art should come before commerce.
NTC’s vision of its future is to be recognized by managing directors, boards of trustees, and the press as the pre-eminent nonprofit theatre financial management consultancy in the
United States.
